Do i need a vacuum before the crew arrives:

A light vacuuming in the traffic areas is recommended but not required. The crew will pre vacuum the area to be cleaned.

What do you consider as an area?

Typically, an area is a room that is up to 255-300 sq ft that is 15X20. Living Room Dining Room combos are considered two areas. Any area over 300 sq ft but less than 600 sq ft is priced as two rooms.

Non- Standard areas (baths, halls, walk in closets) are priced separately from the standard areas.

How long will it take to Dry?

Dry time affected by humidity, temperature and air flow to the are. It can take anywhere between 6-24hrs for the carpet to completely dry, depending on the different temperature weather variables. Accelerate dry time by leaving air movers, fans, on and windows open depending on the time of year. Be sure to leave protective blocks under furniture legs to avoid any color transfer. Do you guarantee removal of all spots or stains in the carpets?
